Monumental archway was built in the feudal society for the purpose of honoring meritorious service, imperial civil examination, benevolent administration as well as loyalty and filial piety. Today, we'll be heading for Tanyue after breakfast, a village famous for its archway complex in which 7 arches are still erecting in the order of righteousness, filial piety, chastity and loyalty. Therefore, one can hardly find any temples for women across this country.
